Double Rainbows after a storm.
Double Rainbow I had a tropical storm around 5pm last night and as it past I noticed a rainbow, and then that it was a double one. I went outside to take a photo, but I couldn't get the rainbows to show up at all, so I then tried through the window. Not a great photo as the rainbows were so much brighter, but there they are. I'm sure there is meteorological meaning but I was more interested in the social meaning of seeing a double rainbow. There's beliefs that it means a sign

Reflecting on Creativity- Crochet.
2017 - African Flowers for Jessie. I first learnt to crochet in Wankie around 1981-2, although I never got past the basic granny squares. Then Jess bought me a blanket kit for Christmas in 2016. Reflection on cooking.
Broad Beans In January this year, as I started semi-retirement, I wanted to cook better and with more of a healthy focus. I ordered a Fruit and Vegetable box from Farmer's Pick and I get it delivered every fortnight. This has been great, I can nominate four things I don't want, and then what I get is a surprise. Reading Reflection
I've just re-read after eight years, Nora Roberts "Whiskey Beach". It was long enough ago that although it felt familiar I couldn't predict how it progressed. It was interesting to see my focus had changed and seemed more interested in how both Eli and Abra delt with their past relationship breakdowns that involved extreme violence and murder.
